Where a Deemed-to-Satisfy path doesn't fit the project, we prepare Performance Solutions (Alternative Solutions) demonstrating compliance with the BCA / NCC Performance Requirements, including Section D3 access provisions.
These are prepared for certifiers and consent authorities, with the technical justification set out clearly enough to withstand scrutiny.
